Care guidance

ER or clinic? Know where to go.

General information, not a diagnosis or a complete symptom checklist. If you think it may be life-threatening, call 911.

1 · Emergency

Call 911 for a suspected emergency

Call 911 immediately for any of these. Do not wait for an office callback. Do not use email or this website to seek emergency help.

Suspected heart attack or stroke
Severe trouble breathing
Unconsciousness
Uncontrolled bleeding
A severe allergic reaction

Possible stroke signs

FaceSudden face drooping
WeaknessSudden weakness on one side
SpeechSudden trouble speaking
Vision & balanceSudden vision or balance problems

Call 911 immediately when stroke is suspected, even if symptoms begin to improve. This list is not exhaustive.

2 · Call the clinic

Routine & new mild symptoms

For routine checkups, stable chronic-condition follow-up and prevention questions, call the office to ask about available services and appointments.

For new mild symptoms, call for guidance and availability. Please don't assume the clinic can treat every new symptom or provide an immediate visit.

3 · Unsure or getting worse

When symptoms worsen or the office is unavailable

If symptoms are severe or getting worse, seek urgent medical assessment. Don't delay needed care while waiting for the office.

If there are no emergency warning signs, a medical professional can help you decide the next step. If you can't reach the office and symptoms need timely attention, seek appropriate urgent care or emergency assessment rather than waiting.

Which is right for me?

If it could be life-threatening, call 911. This tool never replaces that.

After hours. The practice's phone and email are not confirmed 24-hour advice services. The office's after-hours process will be published here once the office confirms it.
